I don't know what I'm starting this for. I already have a journal, and I don't intend to write anything here that's more personal than in my journal. But I like the idea of having a little piece of myself out there on the internet that maybe someone will stumble upon one day... I used to love typing in random Blogspot urls and reading what someone was up to in 2007.

I was going to spend tons of time picking the perfect colors for headings, text, and links, but I said to myself, "No, just write something first." I'm sure there's some quote about that, about Just Writing no matter what it is.

Anyway, I always had the idea to one day read through my old journals and type them up, and while I still think I'd die of embarrassment if I were to do that right now, I think I'll use this space to maybe organize in a more formal way things that I've been writing about in my journal, like what's been on my mind a lot during a particular week, things like that. Wish me luck!
